Herbal Medicine the Wise Woman Way

New Jersey herbalist Robin Rose Bennett will lead us on a stroll around the MGC Herb Garden and less tamed areas of the grounds to explore the nourishing, medicinal flowers, fruits, and seeds of the season. She will share stories and recipes, many used historically by earlier occupants of the area, that highlight how simple internal and external uses of common plants can profoundly benefit your health, including strengthening your bones, helping your digestion, and soothing your nerves.
