In honor of Asian-American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, this exhibit from spring 2024 explored the long history of tea from China to New Jersey. A historical reenactor shared insight into colonial-era tea traditions, and a Chinese tea tasting also took place. The exhibit traces the journey of tea through the centuries and explores the customs of American tea culture in the colonial era. Maps are available by scrolling down on this page.
