Durand-Hedden House & Garden to host journalist Carol Jenkins on Sunday, March 1, at 1 pm, at Delia Bolden Elementary School in Maplewood

MAPLEWOOD, NJ – March 2026 – Durand-Hedden House & Garden is proud to host Emmy Award-winning television journalist, author, and women's equality advocate Carol Jenkins on Sunday, March 1, at 1 pm, at Delia Bolden Elementary School in Maplewood for A Conversation with Carol Jenkins, Trailblazing Journalist and Advocate.
Following the talk, the program will continue at Durand-Hedden House where guests can also view an art exhibit by Beverly McCutcheon. The exhibit features McCutcheon’s mixed-media work, assemblages, and fiber collages, exploring themes of women, domestic workers, and beauty. A talk with the artist will be offered at 3:30 pm.
While our events are free, we ask those able to do so to support the House and our programming by purchasing a donation ticket. All donations are welcome, appreciated, and support Durand-Hedden's mission, upkeep, and community events. Both complimentary and donation tickets are available at DurandHedden.org. Parking for the Durand-Hedden House is available on nearby streets.
