Juneteenth 2026 in Photos: Community, History, and Fun

Juneteenth 2026 at Durand-Hedden brought together one of the largest and most enthusiastic crowds we've ever welcomed for this annual event. Visitors of all ages enjoyed a day of music, art, poetry, history, family activities, food, and community. Photographer Claire Sinclair captured the spirit of the day and the many moments that made this celebration so memorable.

Thank you to our performers, exhibitors, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who joined us to celebrate Juneteenth. We particularly thank our co-host, The South Orange/Maplewood Community Coalition on Race, as well as The Maplewood Foundation for their generous support of this important community event.

We look forward to welcoming you back next year!
